You've never been to a Congress Planning Meeting? There's never been a better time to be a newbie. At this meeting you will discover your role as a new Program Chair (PC) or Local Arrangement Coordinator (LAC) and everything that has been developed to help you plan your association’s conference at Congress.
You've attended Congress Planning Meetings in the past? This one will be different. We have put together a series of video recordings to explain the Planning Guide content. We will use our live session to answer your questions, open up discussions on virtual and hybrid participation at Congress 2021 and provide a deeper dive into the Organizers Portal and logistical aspects of planning Congress 2021.
ATTENTION PRESIDENTS! We encourage Presidents of Congress participating associations to register and join us on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 for Part 1 and 2.
