FAQs

Q1:  Why do you need a certificate of liability insurance for $2M?

A: A business that has a location that is open to the public, interacts with people and sells products to customers must provide a declaration that sufficient insurance coverage has been maintained. General liability insurance coverage protects your business, and those associated with your company, in the event a third party sues your business for, but not limited to, bodily injuries they incurred on your premises (booth), damage you, or your staff, caused to their property. This insurance will cover the unexpected high costs of your legal expenses (lawyers’ fees, court costs, and settlements or judgements) resulting from a lawsuit.
